This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) The instant writ application filed by the petitioner for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/order, direction/ direction against the respondents authority, to set aside the letter no- 09/Bi.Bi.Pa.Ra- 09/2015-325 dated 30.03.2024 issued by the Mr. Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastva Director Madhyamik Education, Education Department Government of Bihar, where by and where
Patna High Court CWJC No.9530 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/3 under the respondent authority has Terminated the petitioner from the post of Guest Teacher (Botany Science) in PLSN Balika Uchch Madhyamik Vidhyalay Manihari, Katihar without any notice or information. (ii) For the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/order, direction/directions against the respondents authority, to Re-appoint the petitioner on the post of Guest Teacher (Botany Science) in PLSN Balika Uchch Madhyamik Vidhyalay, Manihari, Katihar in which he has already continue working for 5 years and 8 months (13.07.2018 to 30.03.2024). (iii) For the issuance of appropriate order/order, direction/ directions against the concerned respondent authority to deposed of the application dated 12.4.2024 given by the petitioner."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 1), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 1) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 1) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
