Earlier also when this writ petition was taken up on 11.2.2011, no one had appeared. Today, even after restoration of this writ petition by order dated 6.7.2011 in MJC No. 862 of 2011, no interest is being taken by the petitioner to press this application. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents point out that no part of cause of action in fact has been arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, inasmuch as, the order, in question, was passed in the State of Assam while the petitioner was serving in the establishment of C.R.P.F. at Assam. Be that as it may, when there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application has to be dismissed
