====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 293 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that on specific information three miscreants were arrested on a motorcycle and from possession of petitioner one country made pistol with three live cartridges and one stolen motorcycle was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 20.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35984 of 2018(3) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 293 of 2017.
