2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS G.R. Case No. 10 of 2024 arising out of Ramgharwa P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 17, 18, 21, 21C of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 100 grams of Brown Sugar was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2024.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. If the trial is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution side, then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
