The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 242/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. The petitioner was arrested by the police and thereafter his confession was recorded.
The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42108 of 2018 (3) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. (Railway), Barauni in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 242/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
