This application is for modification of order dated 15.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61465 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was allowed bail on condition that the release would be made if the trial is not concluded within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Due to dispute of the date of receipt of copy of the order before the learned court below, the bail bond has not been accepted.

Let the bail bond be accepted at once in pursuance of the aforesaid order.
