3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No.68 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 436, 457, 380, 411, 302 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 150, 151, 152, 145, 146, 147 and 174A of the Railway Act.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

7. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
