2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 352 of BNS and section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.
3. The informant reported that on 23.01.2025 at around 5 PM, the petitioner committed indecent act with the victim and also committed rape upon her. It has further been alleged that the petitioner, at the pretext of marriage, used to establish physical relation with the victim.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39635 of 2025(4) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 learned counsel for the informant have jointly submitted that the marriage of the alleged victim has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. No dispute remains in existence. Both the parties have filed compromised petition.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court (POCSO), Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
