Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that presently the complainant is living with the petitioner in her matrimonial house as wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the present stand of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 330 of 2018, T.R. No. 3710 of 2019.

The petitioner is directed that at the time of furnishing bail bonds, he shall come with the complainant when it is directed to the learned Court below to enquire from the complainant about her stay with the petitioner in her matrimonial house. On
