Petitioner seeks bail in Kutumba P.S. Case No.37 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 326/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.
It is alleged in the written report that while daughter of the informant was going to school, three persons came on a motorcycle and threw acid on her face and body. The victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is available in the Case Diary. The victim has levelled specific allegation against accused Ashutosh Kumar @ Mantu Kumar of throwing acid on her. There is no allegation

Petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.37 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
