2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner lured the minor victim with the promise of a job. It is further alleged that when the informant visited the house of the petitioner to query, he was abused and assaulted.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40930 of 2025(5) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 victim did not support the prosecution case. In her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., She has stated that her father had beaten and due to which, in anger, she left her house. It has further been submitted that when the informant realized the fact, a petition has been filed stating the innocence of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
