Mr.Rabindra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case no. 207 of 2018, registered under Sections 304 (B) and 120 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant Dinesh Mochi performed the marriage of his daughter Joyti in the year 2015 with Dharmendra Das, son of the petitioner. After marriage, his son-in-law and his daughter used to reside at his Nanihal in village- Khokhna (Fatuha). After some months, his daughter was being tortured by her husband and in-laws for demand of bike and gold chain. On 09.04.2018, the informant received information that his daughter has been killed. Thereafter, informant went at village-Khokhna then saw the dead body of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and he used to reside at his village-Mahatampur, while Dharmendra Das, son of petitioner, and his wife (deceased) used to reside at his Nanihal, but with ulterior motive the petitioner, being the father-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
