KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P. S. Case no. 145 of 2017 instituted for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that one of the accused was apprehended by the police after dacoity. On the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, the name of petitioner has come in this case. Except for the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32977 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case no. 145 of 2017.
