The petitioner seeks bail in Suppi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants riding on motorcycle on the point of pistol looted cash of Rs. 62,000/- and mobile of informant and fled away. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ujjwal Kumar @ Ujawal Kumar who has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39897 of 2021. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this
