2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

3. Prosecution case is that 354.24 liters foreign liquor were recovered from office of Meena Water Plant and this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons fled away .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the office of Meena

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45912 of 2024(3) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 Water Plant and this petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature .
