JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 At the outset, when this case was taken up, Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner was actually suspended by an order of the Governing Body of an affiliated college, namely, Shri Ganesh Girivardhari Sanskrit College, Bakhtiyarpur and that the order has already been withdrawn by the Governing Body.
