JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of dacoity is against unknown criminals. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. Vehicle has not been recovered from the premises of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered on the front of his house. Similarly situated coaccused has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 2094/2021. Test Identification Parade has not been carried out till date. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious
