The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Demand Draft of Rs.1,60,000 has been prepared in the name of the petitioner "Rakhi Ranjan" but there is some spelling difference in the name of the petitioner and the demand draft should be prepared in the name of "Rakhee Ranjan" instead of "Rakhi Ranjan".

The Demand Draft has been handed over to learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

The learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that in stead of preparing fresh demand draft, his client will transfer the aforesaid amount of Rs. 1,60,000 in the bank

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43121 of 2022(5) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 account of the petitioner within two weeks from today. In view of the above, this case is consigned. The Principle Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif was earlier directed to conclude the maintenance case at the earliest. He is directed to proceed with the maintenance case as per the earlier direction of this Court and will be at liberty to proceed ex parte against non-appearing parties.
