JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-04-2015 The petitioners seek a direction to the respondents, asking them to absorb their services in government departments against equivalent posts in State Government departments to such posts which they were holding in Bihar State Leather Industries Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation').

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Corporation submits that the petitioners approached this Court when the Corporation was on the verge of closure.

3. No direction as sought for in the present application and as given in the facts and circumstances of the case. It is a matter of policy decision as to what treatment the respondents

4/4 intend to give to the employees of the Corporation after its closure. It is true that this Court will test the legality of the decision taken by the respondents, once such decision is finally taken. There is nothing on the record to show that the petitioners had approached the respondents raising any grievance as raised in the present writ application. They have straightway come to this Court for redressal of their grievances, which is not permissible.

4. It will be open to the petitioners to approach before appropriate authority first and seek their remedy before coming to this Court.

5. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
