Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38807 of 2020(37) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 The order dated 17.08.2022 passed in these cases is modified to the extent that the sentence "...but it will stop the State Bank of India from withdrawing money lost by Mr. Atul Kumar Verma" appearing in third paragraph of the order will be read as "but it will not stop the State Bank of India from withdrawing money lost by Mr. Atul Kumar Verma". Both the cases are consigned.

Learned senior counsels and other counsels appearing in these cases have submitted that they have filed several Interlocutory Applications for different reliefs which are pending before this Court in the present proceeding but they are not pressing the same in view of question of jurisdiction and therefore, they seek liberty to move afresh applications in accordance with law before any appropriate forum including this Court.

Mere filing of Interlocutory Applications before this Court will not disentitle them from preferring appropriate applications before any forum for the reliefs which have been sought in the said Interlocutory Applications. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/ PawanU
