JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 This application has been filed for modification in order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18827 of 2017, stating that the address of the petitioners has wrongly been typed in the petition itself, as such wrong address has been mentioned in the order-sheet and secondly the date of birth of Istifanama in the 2nd page (7th line) has been mentioned as 05.01.1996 in place of '05.01.1966'. As such the learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed for modification in order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18827 of 2017.

In such view of the matter, let the order be modified to the extent that the address of the petitioners be read as "All are Resident of Village- Sadanandpur, P.S.- Balia, DistrictBegusarai' and the date of birth of Istifanama at Page of 2 (7th line) be read as "05.01.1066' in place of 05.01.1996. As such, this modification application is allowed.

In such view of the matter, the petitioners are further directed to surrender within a period of two weeks from today before the learned court below and the learned court below will also consider the direction of this Court passed by order dated 09.05.2017 in Cr. Misc. No.18827 of 2017.
