JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Soh Sarai P.S. Case No.06 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 393 of IPC.

Prosecution story disclosed that four miscreants entered inside the house and caught hold of his daughter Rani Kumari and on hulla, they fled away. It further appears that petitioner is also an accused in six other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession statement there is nothing against this petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that he has criminal antecedent and investigation is still going on.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40232 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
