JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

On confidential information, a raid was conducted and from a room belonging to Seema Devi, toddy was recovered in huge quantity. At that very time, petitioner was also present and so, he was also apprehended. From the house of one Kanti Devi as well as that of Rahul Kumar, toddy was also seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 19.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Niraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise)-cum-ADJ-IV, Patna in connection with special Case No. 1838 of 2017 arising out of Pirbahore PS Case No. 234/2017.
