Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

500 ml. country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.07.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
