Petitioner seeks bail in Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Informant has alleged demand of 10 per cent of profit of contract by two unknown persons in name of CPI(Maovadi). It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused Anil Yadav, who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 01.10.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46434 of 2015. It has been submitted that no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37775 of 2018(3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 petitioner. It has been further submitted that petitioner was not put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
