The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.33 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 103(1), 303(2), 352 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioners and other accused persons have assaulted the husband of the informant with various weapons, who ultimately died.

The petitioners are in custody since 10.04.2025.

From the F.I.R., it appears that co-accused Iqbal Yadav is the main assailant of the deceased. There are abrasions etc. in the body of the deceased and the deceased had died one day after the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 7.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are not the main assailant of the deceased and also considering the postmortem report of the deceased, this application is allowed. 8.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned Court below, in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.33 of 2025, subject to the condition that they will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through their lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial.
