2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the advertisement dated 13.02.2013 contemplated supplies to be made during the year 2013-14, which has already elapsed.
3. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relief can be granted at this belated stage.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
