A sum of Rs. 3,05,400 /- has been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner under the head of medical treatment. Some additional amount of Rs. 14,160 /- has also been authorized and found to be payable to the petitioner. This adds up to Rs. 3,19,560 /-. A detail of the break up, accepted by the respondents, is paragraph 7. This does not satisfy the petitioner, because he feels that some of the bills have been wrongly rejected and it does not include authorization for

Patna High Court CWJC No.20147 of 2013 dt.27-01-2015 2/2 payment of bills for follow up check up as an outdoor patient, coupled with the traveling allowances for surgery and check up.

Since the details are not available nor pleaded as such, let the petitioner file a proper application with clear heads of claims with the supporting evidence and vouchers before the concerned authority, who will verify all those claims within a period of three months and pass appropriate orders on those heads. What has been settled is not the issue. It is the unsettled issue, which is being talked about by the petitioner, but not crystallized in the writ application.

Writ application is disposed off with observation / direction as above.
