This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of a Complaint Case. It is, thus, disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court, in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. state of Bihar & Another [2015(3) PLJR 806].

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered and decided on the same day, in the light of this Court's decision in the case of Salim Ansari (supra).
