=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 05.12.2013 in M.R. Case No. 165 of 2012 passed by the Principal Judge Family Court, Madhubani.

Considering that the impugned order is one of interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is rejected.

The Court below is directed to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
