Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. C 984 of 2015 under Sections 498A, 406, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no injury to support the allegations. Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran
