The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.186 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely roped in the case and several persons name have been mentioned in a case where there is also cross cases registered by the petitioners.

I have considered the submission.

Taking into consideration that specific allegation of petitioners being involved with other brutally murdered one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51981 of 2021(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 Dharmendra Kumar by bringing him out of his house and also caused injuries to other persons who tried to stop them, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is accordingly dismissed.
