The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. (Special) Case No. 03 of 2017 arising out of Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 416 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 3 kilogram Ganja from the house of petitioner.

Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at
