The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 426 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.01.2020. This is second attempt. Vide order dated 10.02.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'Z'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for evidence.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
