JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-419, 420, 465, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that in compliance of order of the Hon'ble Court, during verification of documents of petitioner who was appointed by Block Employment Committee Paroo as Block Teacher in the year, 2007 in Middle School, Chap. Certificate presented by the petitioner at the time of appointment was found false and thereafter, FIR has been lodged.

It has been submitted that inquiry of Roll No. 416P was wrongly done considering the roll No. 416P of the petitioner. The roll No. of the petitioner is 416A. It has been submitted on

No.49687 of 2016 (6) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 behalf of the petitioner that he has taken admission in Primary Teachers Training College, Pokhraira, Muzaffarpur in the Sessions 1985-87 and he was provisionally admitted in the course. Thereafter, on verification of mark sheet of the petitioner of Madhyama, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University by the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur, it was reported that the mark sheet of Madhyama of Rajnarayan Singh (petitioner) was found genuine, upon which, the admission in the course was confirmed. The aforesaid letter has been annexed as Annexure-4 to this petition.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 98 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Shri Aditya Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur West subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
