Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324,326,307,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosives Substance Act.
Earlier the prayer for bail to the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.57353 of 2017.
Vide order dated 03.01.2022 a report was called for with regard to the stage of trial. Report reveals that the case is fixed for final argument.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S.Tr.No.251 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51264 of 2021(3) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 2017 arising out of Chapra Town P.S.Case No.191 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-7th, Saran at Chapra.
Prayer is refused.
However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Nitesh/- U T
