2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged BETET certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after thorough verification of all certificates by the concerned department, petitioner was appointed on the post of government teacher. Later on, without proper enquiry or giving any notice
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40923 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 to the petitioner, all the documents furnished by the petitioner have been declared forged and fabricated. It is further submitted that petitioner has already been terminated from the aforesaid post of teacher. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that he has already been terminated from the aforesaid post, the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 695 of 2021.
