This is an application for regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 289 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of causing knife injury on the brother of the informant. The nature of injury is simple. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.03.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the
