The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 35 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the Tempo of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 25.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.IIcum-Special Court Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Buxar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32161 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 (M) P.S. Case No.110/2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
