2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalganj Excise P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. About 95 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from E-rickshaw.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were travelling on the said Erickshaw. They are in jail since 13.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46105 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IV-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Excise P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024.

7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Vishunpura Police Station, Kuswanagar (UP) on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. The bailors should be the close relatives of the petitioners.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Kuswanagar(UP) forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
