Considering the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Madhubani in connection with Rudrapur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2016.
