2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 92 of 2021 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 302, 307, 447 and 504 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 19 named accused persons including the petitioner and there is specific allegation against the petitioner and five others that they have attacked by tangi on the chest of the brother of the informant due to which injury took place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits

5. Counsel also submits that one similarly situated accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70847/2023.

6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, but only after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 92 of 2021, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
