JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order dated 03.09.2010 passed in M.A. No. 458 of 2004, in cause title instead of name of appellant, Krishna Sharma, it has wrongly been typed as Krishna Kumar.

Hence the order dated 03.09.2010 is modified to that extent in cause title it may be read as name of appellant Krishna Sharma instead of Krishna Kumar.

With this observation, this modification petition is disposed of.
