Petitioner is accused in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 498A, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a case of love affairs. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., herself stated that she left her house and solemnized marriage with this petitioner according to her sweet will. Her age was also assessed by the Court below as 19 years. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2016 and still ready to keep his wife with full dignity.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49562 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha in connection with Chautarwa P.S.
