Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault to the informant and when brother of the informant came to rescue then he was also assaulted. The accused persons snatched gold chain and cash of Rs. 950/- of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
