Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, petitioner Nos.1 and 2 allegedly caused injury at the head of two different person. The Doctor has found simple injury.

Submission is that petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. They have got no criminal antecedent. Altogether 23 person are named as accused in this case.

No.38979 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sour Bazar Police Station Case No.91 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
