Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016 registered under Sections- 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not criminal history and is in custody since 17.09.2016.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. There is direct allegation against him.
