The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16482 of 2022.

The court below will verify the contents of the petition dated 05.04.2022 filed on behalf of the informant and if the Trial Court finds that the petitioner and the informant are staying together without any dispute, the provisional granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
