2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the I. P . C .

3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons committed murder of the deceased.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that specific allegation of assault is against
