Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 175 of 2020 arising out of Balia Belon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 for the offence under sections 395, 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act was added later.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of Rs. 38,800/- and also snatching of key of pick up van due to which the vehicle turned turtle. The petitioner is in custody since 20.5.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 51 of 2020.
